Why embroidery matters

Branding your team is more than a logo on a tunic

In a healthcare setting, what your team wears does quiet, constant work — for your brand, your people and the patients in front of them. Done well, embroidery makes every garment look like it belongs to the same organisation.

Brand consistency across every site and shift

A professional appearance, every single day

Clear staff identification for patients and visitors

Organisational pride your team can wear

Patient confidence in a recognisable, cared-for team

Our embroidery process

From logo to delivered garment — a clear, managed path

Four steps, one accountable partner. We set your branding to a single approved standard, then hold it across every order that follows.

01

Logo setup

We digitise your logo for embroidery — converting artwork into stitch-perfect files tuned for thread, fabric and scale.

02

Approval

You review a stitch-out and sign off the colours, placement and finish. Once approved, it becomes your locked standard.

03

Production

Commercial embroidery applied consistently across every garment — the same quality on order one and order one hundred.

04

Delivery

Branded garments packed, labelled and dispatched — ready for new starters and reorders alike.

Embroidery capabilities

Every way healthcare teams put their brand to work

From a single chest logo to an organisation-wide rollout managed through your portal — handled to one standard.

Left chest embroidery

The most common healthcare branding location — clean, professional and instantly recognisable.

Sleeve embroidery

Department and role identification — useful where teams need to be told apart at a glance.

Multi-location branding

Consistent branding applied identically across every site — no drift between locations.

Name personalisation

Individual staff names embroidered alongside your logo for a personal, identifiable finish.

Corporate rollouts

Organisation-wide implementation — branding an entire workforce to a single approved standard.

Ongoing reorders

Maintained through your staff ordering portal — the same embroidery, repeated reliably, order after order.

Quality & consistency

The difference is in the detail — and the repeatability

Anyone can stitch a logo once. The hard part is making the hundredth garment look exactly like the first. That discipline is what keeps a healthcare brand looking deliberate rather than improvised.

Thread quality built for daily clinical wear and washing

Colour matching to your exact brand specification

Professional digitising for clean, accurate stitch-outs

Consistency standards held across every order

Repeatability — the same result, every time you reorder

Embroidery + the portal

One portal to manage branded uniforms

Your embroidered garments don’t just get produced — they get managed. New starters are kitted out, reorders run themselves, and every branded item is stored against your account, ready to order again to the same standard.

Healthcare embroidery in practice

One embroidery program across a growing healthcare organisation

A representative example of how a single branded program replaces the patchwork of suppliers, manual logo approvals and inconsistent stitching most organisations start with.

The program

5 locations under one branding standard

120 staff across clinical and reception teams

Standardised branding on every garment

Managed reordering through the staff portal

We set one approved embroidery standard, applied it across clinical and reception teams at every site, and stored each branded item in the portal. New starters are kitted out from day one, and reorders return the exact same stitch — without re-approving anything.

Questions

Questions healthcare teams ask us

Once your logo is digitised and approved, most embroidered orders are produced and dispatched within standard lead times. New logos add a short, one-time setup step for digitising and your stitch-out approval; after that, reorders run to the same standard with no re-approval.

Yes. We work from your existing brand artwork and digitise it for embroidery. If your logo has never been stitched before, we convert it into an embroidery file tuned for thread, fabric and scale, then confirm the result with you before it becomes your locked standard.

Vector artwork (such as AI, EPS or PDF) gives the cleanest result, but we can also work from high-resolution images. If you already have an embroidery file from a previous supplier, send it through and we’ll check it against our standards before production.

Yes. Individual staff names can be embroidered alongside your logo for personal identification — useful for clinical and reception teams. Name personalisation is handled through the ordering portal, so each garment is matched to the right person.

Yes. Multi-location and organisation-wide rollouts are a core part of what we do. Your branding is applied to one approved standard across every site, so a garment ordered in one location matches a garment ordered in another — with visibility and control kept in one place.

Yes. Your approved embroidered garments are stored against your account in the portal. Staff and managers reorder branded items directly, with approvals, budgets and new-starter packs handled in the same place — every reorder returning the same stitch standard.
