Last updated: 18 july, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of meduniforms.com.au (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it, operated by MedUniforms (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering on behalf of a business/organisation with authority to do so, to place an order on this Site.

Products, pricing, and availability

  • All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We try to ensure prices, descriptions, and availability are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel that order for a full refund.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or update this Site at any time without notice.
  • Product colours may vary slightly from what’s shown on screen due to display settings.

Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept that offer when we confirm and process your order (typically via order confirmation email). We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock error, pricing error).
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details, see our Privacy Policy for details.
  • For team/bulk orders arranged via quote or invoice, payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting.

Custom embroidery and personalisation

Because embroidered and personalised garments are made specifically for you, the following applies:

  • Accuracy of details: you are responsible for the accuracy of all names, titles, designations, and text you submit for embroidery. We are not liable for errors in spelling or information that you submitted incorrectly, though we will always try to help resolve mistakes where possible (see Section 6).
  • Logo ownership and rights: by uploading a logo or artwork for embroidery, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use and reproduce it (e.g. as an authorised representative of your healthcare organisation). You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your use of a logo or artwork you don’t have rights to.
  • Digitising and reuse: once your logo is digitised for embroidery, we may retain that digitised file to make reordering faster and more consistent for future orders, unless you ask us to delete it.
  • Production timing: custom/embroidered orders typically take 7–10 business days to produce once artwork and sizing are confirmed, in addition to shipping time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, unless otherwise confirmed in writing for rush orders.
  • Changes after ordering: you may request changes to personalisation details before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible, contact us as soon as possible if you need to update anything.

Shipping and delivery

  • Standard (non-personalised) items typically ship within 48 hours.
  • Free shipping applies to orders over $100 within Australia; standard shipping rates apply below this threshold.
  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • Delivery timeframes provided (including for rush orders) are estimates and not guaranteed, delays caused by couriers or events outside our control (see Section 9) are not our responsibility.
  • Risk in the goods (responsibility for loss or damage) passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.

Returns, refunds, and faults

  • Standard (non-personalised) items: may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original condition, in line with our Returns Policy.
  • Custom or embroidered items: because these are made to order, they cannot be returned for change of mind. Please check sizing carefully using our size charts before ordering.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (including embroidery errors caused by us): contact us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, correction, or refund at no cost to you.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, which cannot be excluded.

Bulk and team orders

  • Bulk pricing is available for larger orders; there is no set minimum order quantity for standard products unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a quote.
  • Team/organisation orders arranged through our Staff Ordering Portal or a custom quote may be subject to separate agreed terms (e.g. invoicing, approval workflows), which will be confirmed with your organisation directly.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission, except for the personal, non-commercial purpose of browsing and ordering from the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, natural disasters, supplier shortages).
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where a higher liability is required by law.

Account and acceptable use

If you create an account (e.g. via our Staff Ordering Portal):

  • You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
  • You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or offensive content (including as embroidery artwork/text).

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
