Is embroidery included in the price?
Embroidery is sometimes included during special promotions, which we run from time to time. Outside of promotions, embroidery is charged based on the size, stitch count, and number of colours in the design. You’ll see an embroidery cost in your cart, and we’ll always confirm the final pricing upfront before production.
Are there setup fees for custom logos?
During certain promotions, setup fees may be waived. Otherwise, a small one-off setup fee applies for new logos. For complex embroidery digitisation, we’ll let you know if any additional cost is required before proceeding.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Rush orders can usually be accommodated—just let us know your required date.
How are uniforms packaged?
Uniforms are carefully folded, bagged, and boxed to arrive in perfect condition. For bulk orders, we can pack by size or name if requested.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver across Australia only.

How do I submit names, titles, and logos?

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If an error is found, we can usually arrange a replacement embroidery or patch.
