In their words

Reviews from healthcare teams.

Published as written, with the reviewer’s own name and organisation where they’ve allowed it.

We had eleven staff in four different shades of navy because everyone bought their own. Med Uniforms sorted the whole thing in about three weeks — fit kit first so nobody was guessing, then the full order embroidered. The difference at reception is obvious.

Managing uniforms across six sites used to sit entirely with me. Now our site managers order through the portal within the allowance we set and I just see the reporting. It gave me back most of a day a month.

We asked for a different colour for clinical and admin so patients could tell who was who. They set both as our standard and every reorder since has matched exactly. Two years in and the new starters still look like the rest of the team.

One item in our first order was back-ordered and arrived about a week later than promised, which was frustrating with a new therapist starting. To their credit they rang us before we chased them, sent the rest ahead and didn’t charge the freight. Everything since has been on time.

Our previous supplier’s tunics went shapeless after about ten industrial washes. These are eighteen months in and still hold their colour. The cost per wear is a completely different conversation.

What I appreciate most is that I speak to the same person every time and she knows our account without me explaining it. When our logo was updated they reissued the artwork and flagged the garments still carrying the old mark before I’d thought to ask.

What comes up most

The same four things, over and over.

Read enough reviews of a uniform supplier and the pattern is obvious: nobody writes about fabric weight. They write about whether the order turned up.

It arrived when they said

Dates matter more than anything else when a new starter begins Monday.

Someone answered

A person who knows the account, rather than a ticket number.

The embroidery was right

Logo correct, positioned consistently, the same on the reorder as the first run.

Sizes worked out

Fit kits before the bulk order, and sizes remembered afterwards.

When something goes wrong review

Try before the bulk order

Sample sizes on site, so staff choose their own

When something goes wrong

We'd rather hear it than read it later.

01

Tell us first if you can

Most problems — a wrong size, a late delivery, an embroidery error — we can fix faster than a review can be written.

02

We answer, publicly

Every review gets a reply, including the critical ones.

03

We don’t take them down

Negative reviews stay up. Removing them would tell you more about us than the review does.

04

We fix the cause

Recurring complaints go back to the team that owns them, not into a spreadsheet.

The longer version

A review is short. A case study shows the working.

A five-star review tells you someone was happy. A case study tells you what they were switching from, how many sites were involved, what went wrong on the way, and what it looks like two years later.

What they used before, and why they moved

Roles, sites and headcount covered

How the rollout was staged

What the portal changed for their admin

Good to know

About these reviews.

Our Google Business Profile, where anyone can read them in full and see the ones we haven’t chosen to feature. We’d rather point you somewhere we don’t control than ask you to trust a page we wrote ourselves.

No. A long review may be shortened with an ellipsis and a link to the full text, but the words aren’t changed — not for grammar, not for tone, not to make a point land harder.

They stay up and they get a reply. A supplier with no critical reviews either has very few customers or is removing them, and neither is a good sign when you’re choosing who to trust with a uniform rollout.

Ask us. We can point you to reviews and case studies from the same sector — aged care, general practice, dental, allied health — because the concerns differ more than you’d expect between them.

Sometimes, yes. For a larger rollout we’ll ask a customer in your sector whether they’re willing to take a call. We won’t hand out anyone’s details without asking them first.

The form below reaches our team directly, or you can post publicly on Google. If something went wrong, please tell us first — not to stop you reviewing, but because we’d rather fix it than read about it.

Tell us how we went.

Good or bad. If it’s bad, we’d like the chance to fix it before you decide whether it’s worth posting publicly — and if you post anyway, that’s fair enough.
