Where you’d fit

Six teams, one order to get out the door.

We dress the people who look after everyone else. It’s a real supply business — embroidery machines, stock on shelves, and customers who need their order before Monday’s shift. Two roles open right now: digital marketing and embroidery.

Where the logos happen

Embroidery & Production

Digitising artwork, running and maintaining the machines, and quality-checking every garment before it’s boxed.

Stock and dispatch

Warehouse & Fulfilment

Receiving, picking, packing and getting multi-site orders onto the right truck on the right day.

The voice of the business

Customer Service

Sizing questions, order changes, chasing a delivery for a facility manager who needs it before a shift starts.

Long-term relationships

Account Management

Running uniform programs for healthcare groups — quoting, onboarding new sites and being the person they call.

What we sell and how it looks

Product & Merchandising

Range selection, sizing and fit, supplier relationships and keeping the collection right for healthcare.

How people find us

Marketing & Digital

The website, the catalogue, the ordering portal experience and the content that explains what we do.

MedUniforms-Careers_about

The embroidery floor. Whatever your role here, this is where the work ends up.

What we look for

Care about the order, not just the task.

We’re a small enough business that the person who packs the box and the person who quoted it usually know each other’s name. That applies whether you’re on a machine or on a laptop.

You finish things

A uniform order isn’t done when it’s picked. It’s done when it’s on the right person, at the right site, on the day they needed it.

You say what's actually true

If a date can’t be met, we say so early. Customers forgive a hard answer far more readily than a missed promise.

You'll learn the product

Fabric, fit, embroidery, laundering. You don’t need to know it on day one, but the people who do this well end up knowing it properly.

Open roles

Two roles open right now.

Both are full-time and Melbourne based. If neither fits, register your interest — we look at those first when the next role opens.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Own the website, email and search for a B2B business whose customers are practice managers and facility managers. You’ll write and publish, not just brief — and you’ll see the enquiries land.

Embroidery Machine Operator

Run our multi-head machines — hooping, thread changes, first-off approval and quality checking every garment before it’s boxed. Experience on commercial embroidery equipment is what counts here.

How hiring runs

You’ll meet the people you’d work with

Not a panel of strangers from head office

How hiring runs

What happens after you apply.

01

You apply

CV plus a few lines about why this role. A cover letter is welcome but not required.

02

We read it — and reply

Everyone who applies hears back either way, usually within a week.

03

A short phone conversation

Fifteen minutes on what the role involves and what you’re after, so neither of us spends a day finding out it isn’t a fit.

04

Come and see the place

An interview on site with the person you’d report to, and a walk through the floor so you can see the work.

05

Offer and start

References, a written offer, then a start date that works around your notice period.

What we offer

The things that actually matter day to day.

Not fruit bowls and ping pong. The conditions that decide whether a job is worth keeping.

Permanent, full-time roles

Both current openings are ongoing positions, not contracts or labour hire.

One site, no travel

Melbourne based. You’re not living out of a car or an airport.

Trained on the equipment

Machines, digitising and the product range — taught here, not assumed.

Your uniform provided

You’ll wear what we sell, which is also how we find its faults.

Staff pricing on the range

For you and your household.

People stay

Long-tenured colleagues to learn from, in a team small enough to know everyone.

Life here

A supply business, not an open-plan startup.

Orders arrive, garments get embroidered, trucks leave. The days have a shape to them, and there’s satisfaction in a week where everything shipped on time.

Work you can see the end of each day

From the team

“You can see what you did at the end of the day. An order comes in Tuesday morning and it’s on a truck Thursday with someone’s name stitched into it. I still like watching the first one come off the machine.”

Good to know

Application questions.

Yes. Send an expression of interest with your CV and the kind of work you’re after. We look at those first when a role opens, and it saves you watching a jobs board.

For the marketing role, no — you need the craft, and we’ll teach you the product. For the embroidery role, yes: commercial machine experience is the thing we can’t train quickly, so tell us what equipment you’ve run.

Writing and publishing on the website, running email campaigns to healthcare accounts, search and paid search, coordinating product photography, and reporting on what brought enquiries in. It’s a hands-on role in a small team, not a brief-writing one.

Hooping, thread changes, running multi-head machines, approving the first-off, quality checking every garment and keeping the machines maintained. Digitising experience is a plus rather than a requirement.

A CV and a few lines about why this role rather than any role. That second part is what we actually read closely.

Usually two to three weeks from applying to an offer. If it will take longer because someone is on leave, we’ll tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Yes — you’ll need existing Australian work rights for both current roles, and we’ll ask for evidence before you start.

100%Yes, and it won’t count against you. Tell us what would help — a different format, extra time, an accessible entrance — and we’ll arrange it.

100%We keep applications on file so we can come back to you when something suitable opens. If you’d rather we didn’t, say so and we’ll remove your details.

No — we hire directly for both current roles, so please apply through this page rather than through an agency. Unsolicited agency submissions won’t be considered.

Apply

Send it through.

Attach your CV and tell us what you’re after. If you’re applying for a listed role, name it — if you’re registering interest, tell us the kind of work that suits you.
